The Owasso Police Department, which is near the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, got into character to film their department’s Lip Sync Challenge in 2018 and we can’t stop laughing!

Taking on one of the most memorable scenes from the 1992 movie Wayne’s World, one officer donned a black wig and Mike Myer’s iconic “Wayne’s World” hat, while another wore a blonde wig and thick black glasses, playing Dana Carvey’s character, Garth.

During the scene in reference, Wayne and Garth, along with two of their buddies in the backseat of their car, go driving around town and pick up a drunk friend along the way. During their drive, they listen and sing along to the Queen song “Bohemian Rhapsody.”

Even if you don’t know the movie very well, you can still appreciate the time and effort the Owassa Police Department put into their Lip Sync Challenge to make it entertaining for everyone! The almost four-minute video was filmed by My Media Works, features different landmarks in Owasso, and even ends with someone saying the Wayne’s World catch phrase, “Party on, excellent!

No wonder the video has over 10 million views on Facebook! Take a look at it below.
