Featured in one of the most popular shows about Music City, this sprawling estate is both gorgeous inside and out. Plus, for just a few million dollars – it can be yours!

Rayna Jaymes was known as the “Queen of Country Music” in the storyline of Nashville‘s reality-blending universe, however, she never hosted grand parties with a massive guest list…but why did she need a 20,533 square-foot home?

That’s a question we may never know the answer to…

This absolutely MASSIVE home is nestled square inside Nashville’s affluent and highly desirable neighboring zip code 37205 – also known as Belle Meade. Often known as an “old money” district, this is one of the newest homes in the area and was built in 1999.

Boasting six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and three half-baths, the estate also sits on six acres of land with many luxurious features you’d expect out of a home of this caliber.

A refreshing 3,000-bottle wine cellar will hold all the booze you’d ever dream of, while the home (which is built for entertaining) has a setting for every get-together imaginable. Perhaps you’d like to take in a movie with friends at your own stunning home theater, or maybe you and business connections would like to sip some scotch in the cigar room – or even you and your close college friends could down some margaritas at the pool.

Beyond just these incredible entertaining amenities, the palatial plot also has a full billiards room, an arcade, children’s room with custom castle turrets, pool house, copper-screened porch, and a breathtaking entryway with cathedral ceiling and stunning three-story spiral floating staircase.

Beyond the main home on the grounds is, of course, a barn and pristine garden complete with a large pond for when you need to just calm down and relax after a tough week of lavish parties.

While this gives you a bit of the lay of the land, really most people entertain inside the home – and that’s true for Rayna Jaymes as well. Many Nashville scenes were shot inside the kitchen of Rayna’s home – but if you notice some differences, that’s because they did most of them on a sound stage built to replicate the home’s interior.

If you’re interested in purchasing this truly one-of-a-kind home, Worth Properties LLC has it listed for a cool $17,999,999  $15,999,999- which is a big drop from the original estimate of $20,399,999.

As many folks know this as the home of Nashville’s Rayna Jaymes – it also has been an event venue for weddings, parties, and various other get-togethers over the years. According to Zillow.com, the home has been on their site for sale for just over a year – and if you want to take the plunge, the mortgage estimate is a paltry $77,936/month!
