Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond Celebrates Daughter Paige’s Wedding
Paige Drummond, the daughter of the beloved Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond, is officially married! She and her new husband, David Anderson, said “I do” on Saturday, May 17.
Since Ree has blogged so much of her life, she showcased Paige’s wedding through photos she shared in real time on her blog. The pictures showcased Paige getting ready with her wedding party, Ree’s gorgeous mother-of-the-bride dress, and, of course, the newlyweds!
Paige and David said their vows outdoors, on the Drummon family ranch. They married in front of a simple wooden cross adorned with flowers.
Later, they celebrated during an indoor reception decorated with pink, yellow, and white flowers.
Paige looked lovely in a strapless, ballgown-style dress with a full skirt. She wore her hair down in long, loose waves.
Paige reposted several of her friends and family members’ pictures on her Instagram Story the day after the wedding.
Paige Drummond & David’s Love Story
Paige Drummond, the second-born of Ree’s five kids, shared her love story on her mother’s popular blog.
She first met her now husband, David Andersen, in college. The two began as friends but became more in July of 2023. In her own words, she said,
“We were friends in college—I went to Arkansas and David went to Oklahoma State, and we had a lot of mutual friends. We started dating in July 2023, one year after I graduated.”
Paige shared her thoughts on her now husband, saying, “They’ve always trusted me to choose a good guy, and he is! He’s funny, very caring and honest.”
Her family agreed.
According to the blog post, Paige shared that when David met the family, he was instantly welcomed in as one of the clan. Ree even got him his own matching PJ’s during the family vacation.
“During David’s first Christmas vacation in Vail with our family, my mom brought him right into the action! She got Todd, Todd’s friend Dalton and David matching pj’s, a Drummond tradition. My mom is very goofy, and David totally appreciates that!”
The bride shared a funny memory of the couple before their engagement. Paige caught the bouquet at a mutual friend’s wedding. According to tradition, Paige would be the next to get married.
Little did she know she was right! She was engaged shortly after.
“Last summer we went to my friend’s wedding and I caught the bouquet. I’m pretty sure David already knew he was going to propose, but he kept his cool and was like, “Oh, that’s funny.”
Paige Drummond Engaged
Paige’s engagement was a family affair and a big surprise to Paige, but everyone else was in it.
She thought she was going out for a special dinner with her roommates, but they drove her to a beautiful park instead. When she saw David, she said, “My stomach turned upside down because I was so surprised.”But then I got out of the car, and it was just perfect.”
After she said yes, the whole family was waiting there, ready to celebrate with the newly engaged couple.

We are so happy! Paige and David are such a great match, a terrific team! Paige is my strong, mighty, wonderful daughter and the fact that she found a person she wants to spend her life with is a pretty indescribable feeling.
