While she usually shares the happier moments of motherhood, Sadie knows that her followers will support her, even when times get tough. She revealed on September 14 that Honey had come down with RSV, or Respiratory Syncytial Virus, which is a common and very contagious virus, especially among young children. In fact, it’s one os the leading causes of respiratory hospitalizations in infants.

“Just a pic from the beginning of last week before RSV hit,” she wrote on Instagram. “Thanks for all the prayers friends! we are on day 6 and I’m thinking she’s looking a little better today. still some days to come, but hoping each day continues to get better! so thankful for this little angel!

On Friday (Sep 17),  Sadie shared a photo of her in a hospital bed cuddling with Honey, who had some tubes and hooked up to her.

“The past few days have been very tough. Watching your child sick is one of the most heart breaking things. Seeing her little struggle brings me to tears like I have never cried, but seeing her strength has given me smiles I have never smiled,” she wrote. “I’m so grateful for our friends and family believing this with us! RSV you stink.”

We will pray for Honey’s full and quick recovery. See her full post below.
