On November 25, former Duck Dynasty star Sadie Robertson married Christian Huff at her parents’ home in Louisiana.

The ceremony took place on their tennis court, which they transformed into a gorgeous venue with lots of twinkling, romantic lights. Sadie wore a strapless gown with a train and long, white gloves.

The ceremony was officiated by Louie Giglio, a mentor to both Robertson and Huff and the pastor of Atlanta-based church Passion City. The couple said both traditional and personal vows before they shared their first kiss and were officially wed as husband and wife. After the ceremony, the party moved to an outdoor reception held under a white tent, where everyone danced the night away! Robertson and Huff shared their first dance to Christian singer Tauren Wells’ song “Know,” which he actually performed live.

The couple was sent off in a sea of sparklers and drove off in Robertson’s vintage Bronco, which was decorated for the occasion.

Lots of friends and family have shared beautiful photos from the occasion, but the ones we love are the ones Sadie herself posts, because they probably mean the most to her.

On Friday (Dec. 6), the newlywed shared two photos from her “first look” with her husband, Christian. A “first look” is a newer tradition where couples see each other before exchanging vows to experience a few moments alone together before all the festivities.

In the first picture, she can be seen hugging her husband from behind and in the second, they are embracing and Christian is visibly emotional.

“Our first look,” Sadie wrote on Instagram. “We were both so nervous anticipating this moment – for my groom to see his bride. He was turned around with his eyes closed and I walked up to him and put my arms around him. He could feel my heart pounding with my chest up to his back and I could feel his heart pounding with my hands on his chest. we stood there for about a minute and a half before he turned around to see me and as we stood there, both of our hearts slowed down. Peace. We were both brought to peace when we came together. It was such a powerful moment that we will hold on to forever.”
