Since country singer Scotty McCreery and Gabi Dugal got married on June 16 in front of 200 of their closest family and friends in a gorgeous North Carolina ceremony, they have been displaying their love proudly on social media.

Right after they said “I do,” the couple jetted off to Bora Bora for their honeymoon and documented all the fun that was had – including Gabi accidentally eating what could have been liver, throat, heart, or brains! The McCreerys went jet skiiing, jumped into the ocean, rode scooters, and took part in a death-defying adventure that had Scotty looking absolutely terrified! In an Instagram post, the “Five More Minutes” singer revealed that they went swimming with sharks!

Humans are friends, not food,” he captioned the series of photos, including a selfie of him underwater with his eyes wide open, as though he were super scared. The Instagram post also included a video of the sharks swimming around, and they look pretty harmless, but they’re still sharks – you really never know!

Scotty and Gabi are safely back on U.S. soil after their swim with the sharks and are continuing enjoying their time as newlyweds. Check out the shark photos and videos below!
