The Country Remembers Conservative Influencer Charlie Kirk
On September 10, conservative commentator and Turning Point USA CEO Charlie Kirk was shot and killed while speaking on a college campus in Orem, Utah.
He co-founded Turning Point USA in 2012, seeking to inspire the younger generation to embrace free speech. According to its website, Turning Point’s mission is to “identify, educate, train, and organize students to promote the principles of freedom, free markets, and limited government.”
Following his tragic death, millions of people around the world are remembering the 31-year-old and his remarkable legacy.

Top Leaders Set To Attend Charlie’s Memorial
Charlie’s celebration of life is set to take place this Sunday (September 21) at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, and some of the nation’s top leaders are expected to be in attendance.
Charlie’s widow, Erika Kirk, President Donald Trump, and Vice President JD Vance will speak during the ceremony. Other speakers include some of Charlie’s dearest friends including Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr, television personality Tucker Carlson, and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.

Senate Passes Resolution In Honor Of Charlie Kirk
The Senate passed a resolution Thursday (September 18) declaring a “National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk” to take place on his birthday, October 14.
“Mr. Kirk consistently promoted the values of individual liberty, open debate, the importance of civic engagement, and the defense of constitutional principles,” the resolution states.
The resolution was introduced by Rep. Jimmy Patronis (R-FL) and Senator Rick Scott (R-FL), with all Republican co-sponsors.
Kirk’s “life was shaped by his faith and the idea that in America, debate and discussion are crucial to the betterment of our country,” Scott said in a statement prior to its passage.
“As we mourn this massive loss, let us gather together in our communities and pray for his family and our nation. And let us honor Charlie by believing in the power of our ideas to win the day and leave the nation a better place,” Scott continued.
The vote was 310-58, with 95 Democrats joining all 215 Republicans in voting yes on the resolution honoring Charlie.
