Before the race, fans were treated to a pre-race concert from Miranda Lambert, who the Daytona Speedway called the “fastest girl in town.”

U.S. Air Force Technical Sergeant Benton Felty Did The Honors Of Performing The National Anthem
It couldn’t have gotten more patriotic than a member of the U.S. Air Force singing the national anthem moments before the iconic Air Force Thunderbirds flew over the speedway.
U.S. Air Force Technical Sergeant Benton Felty is a vocalist for the group Max Impact. He was previously a member of the Heritage of America Band at Langley Air Force Base and the The United States Air Force Band in Washington, D.C.
As a classically trained singer, Technical Sergeant Felty was the perfect choice for this patriotic moment. He has previously performed at various Major League Baseball games and other NASCAR events.
