The Voice went live Tuesday night for its results show, and the anticipation to know who made the Top 10 was quickly overshadowed by a scary fall one contestant took on stage.

Blake Shelton and his team took the stage to perform a rousing cover of the Four Tops’ “Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey Bunch).” Following the performance, the three members  of Team Blake turned to exit the stage when one of them, Wendy Moten, appeared to trip over a monitor and fell to the ground. Some stage hands and Moten’s fellow teammates rushed to check on her.

Blake was on his way back to his coach’s chair when the tumble happened and didn’t realize Moten had fallen until he turned around. He immediately returned to stage to check on her. Host Carson Daly was shaken by the incident, pausing the show to make sure Moten was okay.

“Everybody alright? Take a quick second. We just had somebody fall,” Daly told viewers. “We okay? Give us just one second, everybody, to make sure we’re okay…clearing the stage. We have some people coming to help now. An unfortunate event for Wendy Moten. She’s walking off. We hope she’s okay.”

Wendy Moten later returned to the stage for results and told the audience that she was ready to go prior to surviving this week’s elimination. “I’m okay. I’m a little bruised, but you know what? I’m still ready to go.”

Blake Shelton took to Twitter to celebrate that all three of his contestants made it though Tuesday’s eliminations and gave an update on Wendy.

“Go Team Blake! We got all three artists in. Wendy’s okay. Don’t worry anybody. She hurt her elbow a little bit. I think she’s gonna be fine,” Blake shared.

Moten earned a 4-chair turn during her Blind Audition. As part of Team Blake, Wendy has earned nothing but praise from her coach who said following her Top 20 performance, “I’ve been doing this show for 21 seasons, as a coach, and there is nobody that I want this more for ever, than you. You deserve this.”
