Two U.S. Service Members Killed In Jordan
Two U.S. service members were killed and a third remains missing after an Iranian ballistic missile and drone attack in Jordan, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced Saturday. The troops were defending U.S. and partner forces when the attack occurred.
The attack took place Friday, with CENTCOM announcing Saturday that the troops were defending U.S. and partner forces when they came under fire. Four additional service members were injured and later treated and released, while others with minor injuries returned to duty. The identities of the fallen have not yet been released pending notification of their families.
