The World Series is quickly approaching, with just three teams remaining in the MLB postseason race as the playoffs near the end.

The Milwaukee Brewers will head to the championship game for the first time since 1982. The Brewers have advanced after defeating the Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League Championship Series.

One spot now remains as the Tampa Bay Rays and Cleveland Guardians battle for the American League title. Tampa Bay is ahead in the series with three wins.

The Brewers are among five MLB franchises that have never won a World Series title. After decades of coming up a little short, Milwaukee will have another chance to make history this year.

The Rays and Guardians play in Game 6 on Monday, October 19, at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida. If the Guardians win, the teams will meet again on Tuesday, October 20, at the same field.

What Are The Details For The 2026 World Series?

The winner of the American League Championship Series will then advance to the World Series, where they will face the Brewers in Game 1 on Friday, October 23, in Milwaukee.

All games are scheduled to air on FOX, and available for streaming on Fubo and DIRECTV, which offers a free trial.
