PBR Attendee Makes “Once In A Lifetime” Cornhole Shot

One lucky PBR fan walked away from Stampede Days in Nashville as the owner of a brand-new RV. During an intermission from the team bull riding competition, mega retailer and event sponsor Camping World hosted a cornhole trick shot competition.

Standing on the stage above the chutes, a man from the crowd hurled the bean bag towards the cornhole board situated on a platform in the middle of the arena. The prize for making the seemingly impossible shot was a new camper.

Miraculously, the shot was a dead ringer and landed straight in the hole. A spectator in the stands described:

“The whole crowd jumped to their feet. We never thought that would happen. The sheer distance and the fact that it went straight in the hole no slide. The excitement was insane. You had to be there to understand what a once in a lifetime situation this was.”

Moments after, and still visibly in shock, the man said:

“That is unbelievable. I didn’t even think I could hit the dang thing.”

Stampede Days Takes Over Nashville

The PBR Camping World Team Series began in 2022 as a new team-based format in professional bull riding, which traditionally had included only individual competitions. The Nashville Stampede was one of eight founding teams, and the 2025 Stampede Days marked the fourth annual installment.

Hosted at Bridgestone Arena in downtown Nashville, the event drew a massive hometown crowd between August 15th and 17th. A notable highlight from the weekend of competition was Cody Jesus’ walk-off ride aboard Buffalo Heifer, which scored 89 points and narrowly beat the Carolina Cowboys. See it in the video below!
