With Due Date Approaching, Joanna Gaines Shares Brand-New Baby Bump Photo

It seems like it was just yesterday that Chip and Joanna Gaines told the world that they’re expecting their fifth child. But believe it or not, they made that announcement way back in January.

Joanna was already far enough along at that time to have a tiny baby bump, which she showed off under a gray hoodie. Chip wore a matching gray shirt and stuck his stomach out to look even bigger than hers, making for an adorable pregnancy announcement.

Just two months later, Chip and Joanna revealed that they are expecting a baby boy. Chip enlisted the help of a young fan named Gage for the gender reveal, and the precious moment was caught on camera.

As a huge fan of the Gaines’ show Fixer Upper, Gage knew that the couple names all of their daughters with “E” names and all of their sons with “D” names. So when Chip asked him if he could help him think of a “D” name, Gage knew exactly what that meant!

While Chip and Joanna have never revealed their exact due date, they have said that the baby is set to make his way into the world this summer. With it now being June, that means that Joanna’s due date is likely approaching soon!

To celebrate, Joanna’s friends hosted a special baby shower for her. Calling it a “book shower,” guests came to the event with books in tow for Baby Gaines.

The entire party was book themed, complete with a large book tower covered in balloons. It was the perfect backdrop for Joanna to pose in front of for a new baby bump photo.

Just look at her! She’s glowing with happiness!
