It’s the news all Yellowstone fans have been waiting for. The show’s season 4 premiere date has been set and fans have been given the first glimpse at what will unfold in the new season.

Yellowstone, a television series that follows the fictional Dutton family and the drama that unfolds on their Montana ranch, has premiered in June for its past three seasons. But, they will be switching things up with a Fall release in 2021.

With June now behind us, fans of the show were getting antsy awaiting news of Yellowstone‘s future. But, on the first day of July, a teaser of the new season and a release date was posted to Yellowstone social media pages. “Yellowstone New Season Coming Fall 2021,” appeared in bold text at the end of the teaser with the words “Revenge…Will Be…Worth…The Wait” appearing throughout the clip.

While Paramount, Yellowstone’s home network, hasn’t publicly confirmed an exact date, Deadline reports that the show will return in early November and will feature some new cast members, including Nashville alum Kathryn Kelly. Kelly will play Emily, a vet tech who strikes up a relationship with a new cowboy. Joining Kelly this season will be Jacki Weaver (Gracepoint) who will play CEO of Market Equities Caroline Warner, Piper Perabo (Covert Affairs) whose role will be that of Summer Higgins, a protestor from Portland, and Finn Little (Storm Boy) who will portray Carter, a youth reminiscent of young Rip.

Season 3 of Yellowstone ended with John Dutton (Kevin Costner) being shot, leaving fans wondering about the fate of the Big Sky rancher. If the season 4 preview is any indication, it’s all about revenge when the show returns in the fall. Watch the full teaser below!
