Emotions are running high for the talented cast of Yellowstone.
Filming for the much-anticipated last episodes of Yellowstone is finally in full swing. Wendy Moniz, known for her role as Governor Lynelle Perry, recently shared a touching farewell message to the show after wrapping up her final scenes.
Moniz also played the love interest of John Dutton, portrayed by the legendary Kevin Costner. Costner has confirmed his departure from the series for the upcoming second half of season five. Sadly, this season marks the popular show’s final run.

Wendy Moniz took to social media to reflect on her incredible journey on the show, calling it a “beautiful experience.”
“Series wrap for me on Yellowstone and [I’ve] been having alllll the feels; sentimental, proud, grateful to name a few…[I’m] just incredibly fortunate to have worked with so many talented, dedicated, and kind people since 2017. I completed my last scene August 1st, then recalled having previously shared a gratitude post…looking back, it was on the SAME DATE two years ago.”
Moniz ended her post by writing:
“There’s been a lot to reflect on, because this place, with the exceptional people who make it live and breathe, has often felt like a home away from home over these last 7 years.”
Adding to the excitement, just as Moniz bids adieu, news has surfaced about a new spin-off series titled The Madison. It is rumored to feature an all-star cast, including the likes of Michelle Pfeiffer, Kurt Russell, and Patrick J. Adams.
Mark your calendars! The final episodes of Yellowstone will begin airing on November 10, 2024. You don’t want to miss the end of this beloved saga!
