The Blind, the faith-based film about Phil Robertson, the patriarch of Duck Dynasty, can now be watched from the comfort of your own home.

Many years before Phil Robertson‘s rise to fame as a reality TV personality, he experienced the ups and downs of life, including falling in love, building a family, and navigating a turbulent period. The Blind unveils previously undisclosed moments from Phil’s journey as he endeavors to overcome the burden of his past mistakes.

Now, at the age of 77, Robertson shares his story and admits that he was not always the devout man of faith he is now. He faced challenges and wrestled with his own inner demons during his earlier years.

In his latest Instagram post, Robertson said, “If you’ve seen my story in The Blind, you know what I did to my family all those years ago. I rebelled against God every way I could. Commode-hugging drunkenness, lust, greed, anger — I knew them all too well.”

Upon Its Debut, The Blind Achieved Remarkable Success

Released on September 28, the film grossed $4.4 million on its opening weekend. Initially planned for an eight-day run, The Blind’s theatrical engagement was extended twice. As of the latest update from Deadline, the film has now amassed an impressive $15.7 million at the North American box office.
