Zach Top Shares Glimpse Of A Brand New Song
Zach Top is working on new music.
Country singer Zach Top may still be considered a rising star, but the 28-year-old has had an incredible year that has proven he’s right up there with some of country music’s biggest names.
In February, he won his first Grammy Award in the brand new category of Best Traditional Country Album for his album Ain’t In It For My Health. And, not long before that, he took home the CMA Award for Best New Artist in November.
He’s also earned four nominations at the upcoming ACM Awards, including for Album of the Year.
This is a major achievement for any artist, and it’s especially impressive considering the level of success Top has reached with just two albums.
Many artists at this stage would probably take a step back and enjoy the spotlight, but Top isn’t slowing down.
Even though his latest album dropped just a few months ago, he’s already working on new music. The singer recently shared a sneak peek of a never-before-heard song.

Top shared a snippet of the mystery song on his Instagram page. In the video, he sits in dim lighting, strumming chords on an acoustic guitar. He begins to sing the lyrics:
“He said he saw her at Dina’s coffee shop / Outside table, sitting by herself / She looked up from her book and lit up with a smile / And it only took a minute for my name to come up / And he said she said say hello to him / And tell him that I miss seeing him around / Now the only hope that I have left Is hanging on to what he said she said”
He didn’t share many details about the unreleased track. He hasn’t confirmed the title or revealed when the full version will be out.
One thing’s for sure, though: fans already can’t get enough of it. Many of them left comments praising the heartbreak anthem.
“Why am I’m crying at the office rn,” one person wrote.
“King of Country 😍” a fan commented.
“So good🥲❤️” said someone else.
Not only did Top share a new song, but he also had another surprise up his sleeve.
This morning (April 9), he announced that he’s heading out on a new tour this summer.
The “Cold Beer & Country Music Summer Tour 2026” will include 14 stops across the U.S., kicking off in June and running through late August.
