2 Dads Create Table In The Fence To Enjoy A Beer While Social Distancing

Two dads figured out a genius way to redneck-rig a fence that separates their properties so they can enjoy an ice-cold beer while properly social distancing.

The men chopped the top of one section on the fence and placed two carefully crafted bar-like wood counters there instead. The counters fold down to make the perfect table held up by four thick chains. When not in use, the fellas just fold it back up and they have their privacy.

Being cooped up in a house for weeks and months throughout the coronavirus pandemic can get to a person, so this ingenuity is a great way for two dads to grab a couple of beers and have some quality guy time.

They’re not the only ones to do this though. Neighbors Paul Hurton and Anthony Dunn from Bowburn, a village in England, also created a cool fence to enjoy a nice warm meal together during the pandemic.

Daily Mail UK reported on the neighbors back in April of 2020, showing a similar concept. The difference with this table is, an entire section of the fence flips from being vertical to being horizontal. Two legs pop down to keep it sturdy, creating a full-sized dinner table.
