Details About The 2023 CMT Music Awards

The CMT Music Awards aren’t your typical country music awards show! While other ceremonies honor artists, songs, and albums, the CMT Music Awards only recognize music videos and performances. Additionally, unlike other ceremonies, the CMT Music Awards are entirely fan-voted.

That means you, the fans, get to vote for who wins each award!

This year’s ceremony aired on Sunday, April 2. It aired at 8/7c on CBS. Kelsea Ballerini and Kane Brown served as the hosts.
