The 56th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards were jam-packed with a superstar line-up and plenty of action.

Country music’s biggest artists and rising stars gathered to pay tribute to the hard work put forth by each individual. Along with the announcement of this year’s ACM Award winners, artists and fans were treated to 25+ musical performances.

The women of country music all put forth an enormous amount of energy and talent into their artistry over the past year. Miranda Lambert, Maren Morris, Kelsea Ballerini, Ashley McBryde, and Carly Pearce all recognized for their outstanding achievement and nominated for Female Artist of the Year.

While each woman on the nomination list is exceptionally talented, the title of ACM’s 2021 Female Artist of the Year was awarded to Maren Morris. During Maren’s acceptance speech, she explained that she felt “honored” to just be in the same category as the other nominees.
