‘American Idol’ Reveals Top 20 & Platinum Ticket Winners [SPOILER]
on Mar 09, 2026

Monday night’s Ohana Round on American Idol brought performances from the season’s Top 30.
The 30 American Idol Season 24 hopefuls who made it through Hollywood Week gathered with their families at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawai’i. The talented group sang for a spot in the Top 20 and a chance to sing for America’s votes in the live rounds.
For the first time in the show’s history, the judges enlisted focus groups to determine which 20 would advance and which three would earn a coveted Platinum Ticket.
The focus groups included the artists’ families, “industry tastemakers,” and their fellow contestants. Each group had the opportunity to award one Platinum Ticket. The families weren’t allowed to vote for their loved one, and the contestants couldn’t vote for themselves.
Who was awarded Platinum Tickets?
At the end of Monday’s episode (March 9), the following artists received a Platinum Ticket:
Kyndall Inskeep was awarded the ticket from the Industry Tastemakers.
The Platinum Ticket from the family focus group was given to Brooks Rosser.
Jordan McCullough was given the ticket from his fellow contestants.

That left 27 hopefuls in the running for the remaining 17 spots in the Top 20.
