Blake Shelton surprised his wife, Gwen Stefani, with the perfect gift.
Gwen turned 57 on Saturday, October 3. Later that day, she shared a video on her Instagram Story of the thoughtful gift Blake gave her.
First, she showed off the beautiful wrapping, and if Blake did it all by himself, we’re definitely impressed. The gift was wrapped in a silky pink paper with matching ribbon and decorated with fresh pink and green flowers.
When Gwen unwrapped the present, she found a jewelry box inside. As she opened it, she revealed a stunning necklace.
But it seems Blake didn’t just pick out the first diamond necklace he could find. This one had a very special meaning. The necklace featured a pendant with the number “11.”
According to the jewelry box label, Blake bought the necklace at XIV Karats LTD in Beverly Hills.
Gwen didn’t explain exactly what the “11” on the necklace means. However, many fans assume it references how long she and Blake have been together.
They first met in April 2014 while they were both coaches on The Voice. At the time, they were just friends since they were both married, Gwen to Gavin Rossdale and Blake to Miranda Lambert.
In the summer of 2015, they both went through very public divorces. After their divorces were finalized around the same time, Gwen and Blake decided to take their relationship to the next level and began dating in November 2015.
On July 3, 2021, they married during a private ceremony held at a chapel that was built on Blake’s ranch in Oklahoma

Not only did Blake give his wife a gift she’ll never forget, but he also took to his own Instagram to share a sweet birthday message for her.
The post included several photos of the couple. Some showed them spending time together at home on their ranch, while others captured them out and about at shows and events. In the post’s caption, Blake wrote:
“The best there is!!!!!! Everyone wish @gwenstefani a happy birthday!!!! I love you pretty girl!!!”
Both Gwen and Blake have been taking it easy lately and spending more time at home. For the rest of the year, they each only have two shows scheduled.
Blake will perform at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, Florida, on October 24. Then, on December 14, he’ll head to Phoenix, Arizona, for a show at Chase Field.
Gwen has a show scheduled for November 20 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, followed by another on December 12 in Durant, Oklahoma.
