Kelsea Ballerini Gets Dibs On Nick Jonas For Epic ACM Awards Duet

More than one dream came true for Kelsea Ballerini at this year’s ACM Awards. The “Dibs” singer earned her first ever ACM Award last week when she was named New Female Vocalist of the Year. In addition, Ballerini shared the ACM stage with a man she thought she was going to marry when she was 13…..Nick Jonas. 

The pop star joined Ballerini for a mashup of her latest single, “Peter Pan”, and her hit song “Love Me Like You Mean It.” After the collaboration was announced, Ballerini told The Tennessean that singing with Jonas was a dream come true.

“I thought I was going to marry him when I was 13 years old,” Ballerini admitted. “So, it’s very casual that I’m on stage with him.”

If their chemistry on stage tonight is any indication, we think that there may be hope for the two. As Ballerini told The Tennessean, “It’s Vegas, baby!”
