Chris Young's highly anticipated Christmas album, It Must Be Christmas, hit stores Oct. 14 finally unveiling the guest artists. Young called on one of his musical heroes, Alan Jackson, to join him for an enchanting duet to "There's a New Kid in Town."
Jackson originally sang the touching Christmas tune with its writer, the great Keith Whitley, which debuted originally on Jackson's first holiday album in 1993. Young and Jackson trade off singing the lyrics detailing the day Christ was born in Bethlehem.
Jackson is amongst a small handful of artists to join in on the festivities. Brad Paisley joined Young for a dazzling cover to "The First Noel" as well as Boyz II Men who are featured on a completely reimagined cover of "Silent Night."
In the spirit of the holiday, Young is encouraging his concert goers to bring donations for Toys For Tots to the final stops on his I'm Comin' Over Tour. Listen to their rendition of "There's a New Kid in Town" in the video below and be sure to let us know what you think in the comments!
