Fantastic News For All Who Loved ‘CMA Country Christmas’ – Get Those TVs Ready

Every year, country fans look forward to the annual televised special CMA Country Christmas. The program features country artists from all eras, who all come together for the purpose of celebrating the Christmas season. 

While fans seem to enjoy every airing of CMA Country Christmas, there was something special about this year’s show. The performances were some of the best we have ever seen, and included collaborations between major stars such as Reba McEntire and Little Big Town, and Alan Jackson and Chris Young. That’s not even counting the standout solo performances such as Luke Bryan‘s heavenly rendition of “O Holy Night!”

Viewers also seemed to get a kick out of watching McEntire as the host of the program. This marked her first year hosting the special, after Jennifer Nettles served as the host for all of the previous years.

On Wednesday (December 13), the CMA announced some news that surely delighted all who loved CMA Country Christmas this year. It’s also good news for those who missed the show’s original airing. Why is that, you ask? Because it’s earning an encore presentation!

The CMA revealed that the CMA Country Christmas special will air again on December 21 at 9|8c on ABC! This airing comes at a convenient time, since it’s just days before Christmas. Holiday cheer will be at an all-time high right then!
