Fitness Guru Brings Kangaroo Inspired Workout Routine To ‘The Fighter’

One of the biggest challenges of any workout program is finding one that you won’t get bored with. But, a fitness guru from Canada how solved that problem for you with addictive gravity defying workouts set to some of today’s hottest music.

Becky Overbeck from Ontario has garnered an impressive following thanks to her revolutionary workout programs that involve Kangoo Jumps, a spring-loaded workout shoe that allows you to bounce your way to fitness. The shoes were originally created to help athletes recovering from foot and leg injuries and to reduce stress on runners’ joints. They’ve now become popular among fitness fanatics around the globe. 

In Overbeck’s latest video, she and her class perform an impressive workout routine set to Keith Urban‘s hit song “The Fighter.” We doubt that when Keith Urban penned the tune for his wife, Nicole Kidman, that he ever expected it to serve this purpose. But, we have to admit that the song has a perfect workout beat!

As Overbeck and her class start bouncing to the catchy opening rifts of “The Fighter,” prepare to become entranced. The ladies make it look easy as they kick, twist and jump, but the routine is sure to make you sweat. But, it looks like so much fun that we don’t think you’ll care!
