Gwen’s Reaction To Blake Shelton Talking About Them ‘Messing Around’ Is Priceless

The fire between Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani seems to stronger than ever since stepping out officially as a couple in November 2015. However, according to the country singer, their love’s been red hot since the beginning!

Stefani joined her country crooner boyfriend on stage during his intimate concert at his newly opened Ole Red Tishomingo venue in Oklahoma Friday (Sept. 29), Shelton using the opportunity to embarrass his beautiful girlfriend. The 41-year-old artist invited 150 fans to join him in raising money for local charity, J.C. Reaching Out, to provide assistance to family members supporting people with cancer. 

Between riotous performances of some of his biggest hits, Shelton held Stefani tight while telling a story about the early days of their relationship when they first “started hanging out together and messing around.”

The country singer scrambled to save himself after seeing Stefani and her oldest sons’, Zuma, 8, and Kingston, 10, shocked reactions. Shelton quickly recovered from his ill-timed joke by adding, “You know, texting each other.”

Shelton and Stefani initially met as coaches on The Voice, becoming virtually inseparable ever since. The lovebirds recently recorded a holiday-themed duet together for Stefani’s Christmas album in the form of swoon-worthy “You Make It Feel Like Christmas.”
