Inching her way toward a huge announcement, the singer gave an incredible cover of one of the 80s biggest hits that brought everyone back!

During the multi-day announcement build-up, Kelly Clarkson sang Otis Redding’s “These Arms of Mine” and then moved straight into some classic rock for the second day.

With her close friend and colleague accompanying her on the piano inside her gorgeous home, the singer tackled Foreigner’s 1984 mega-hit, “I Want to Know What Love Is” in a sweetly-sung cover that will literally take your breath away!

The song became Foreigner’s first and only No. 1 single in the U.S. and U.K. when it soared to the top in 1985 and has become an everlasting hit being listed on Rolling Stone’s list of “Greatest Songs of All Time” and has charted in the Top 25 repeatedly over the years since its release.

Throughout the rest of the week, Clarkson is supposed to be singing live on her Facebook page and building toward a massive announcement on Friday that hasn’t even really been hinted at.
