Kelly Clarkson’s 3-Year-Old Daughter Reveals Total Diva Behavior At Press Conference

While at a press conference to reveal some super exciting news, Kelly Clarkson apologized to reporters for the tardiness of the person she was making the announcement with – her 3-year-old daughter River Rose.

Last year, she released her very first children’s book, River Rose and the Magical Lullaby, and because of its success, she wrote another one! Titled River Rose and the Magical Christmas, the American Idol superstar didn’t seem thrilled apologizing to everyone at the press conference for being 15 minutes late.

She told them that she decided to just come out alone because after all this time, River still wasn’t ready!

“We are, as you can tell, waiting on River Rose,” she said. “She’s not ready yet!”

The feed cut to little River picking out nail polish colors and being a little bossy with her manicurist.

Shaking off her frustrations with her toddler, Clarkson told everyone about the release of River Rose and the Magical Christmas. It included a full song, titled “Christmas Eve” that Clarkson said, “Could have been on my Christmas album [Wrapped In Red].

She wrote the song in the “perspective of the elves” who are celebrating that all their hard work paid off as Santa takes all the toys to the children around the world on Christmas Eve.

More footage of River Rose bossing her make-up artists around played. She clearly didn’t like their work, as she told them she’d do it herself.

The press conference video was completely staged, but it was hysterical! We love that Clarkson enjoys poking fun at her daughter, just like she did in their promo video for her first book, which included footage of River closing all the doors in the hallway.
