Even though he shakes his booty every night while he’s on tour, Luke Bryan is a family man. Bryan is sadly not a stranger to tragedy and in February, his family suffered yet another devastating loss.

His infant niece, Sadie Brett was just seven months old when she passed away from various health issues. Shortly after her passing, Bryan appeared at the Country Radio Seminar in Nashville, where he was scheduled to play an intimate show at the Ryman Auditorium.

He expressed his gratitude to his fans who had been sending him and his family their condolences.

“I’ll tell you what, when I’m checking my socials and see so many of you guys … that are kind of lifting my family up, I really appreciate it. It means the world to me.”

In the months since the little girl, who they call Brett, passed away, Bryan and his wife Caroline decided to dedicate one of their barns to her.

In a sweet social media post, Caroline told the world about “Brett’s Barn”.

When you were about a month old, I promised you a white pony! I found you one…..along with some other adorable mini animals!” she wrote accompanying a photo of a field with a barn. “Your mom and I hijacked one of your Uncle Luke’s barns and started having a little fun with it! We still have a lot of work to do, but it’s coming together! ‘Brett’s Barn’ is officially in the works. This is all for you Queen Bee. We love you to the moon and back.”

So far, the barn is home to an abandoned goat named Goober Goldsby, several other goats, donkeys, a pig, and miniature horses, including a white one like Caroline promised Brett!

It’s so incredible the way they have chosen to honor their darling girl Brett, who is most definitely smiling down from Heaven, enjoying her barn.
