Miley Cyrus Takes Over ‘Voice’ Finale With Emotional Tribute To Bombing Victims

YouTube/The Voice

Bringing a somber and mournful note across the crowd, this young singer and intermittent ‘Voice’ coach dedicated her performance that evening to everyone affected by the unspeakable act of terrorism that rocked a concert in Manchester, England earlier this week.

“I’d like to dedicate this song to my good friend Ariana Grande and everyone who experienced that horrific attack yesterday – our hearts are with you.”

Taking the stage to perform her new country-inspired single, teen idol and pop sensation Miley Cyrus, was clearly emotional about the recent incident and that pain and sadness was felt throughout her performance.

Her new song, “Malibu” is a love song written in a bright and cheery way, and in this performance you can easily tell how great of a vocalist she is when she brings incredible waves of emotion into this otherwise upbeat performance.

This young singer blew everyone away with her performance and truly made her mark with this impressive finale.
