22 people were killed and 116 injured after a suicide bomber detonated a “nail bomb” outside Manchester Arena just as international popstar Ariana Grande sang her final song at her concert taking place May 22 in Manchester, England.

Following the event – which has been classified as a terrorist attack – Grande organized a tribute concert, “One Love Manchester,” to raise money for those affected by the tragedy. Some of the biggest names in music quickly signed on for event, with acts including Miley Cyrus, Coldplay, Justin Bieber, Pharrell Williams, Katy Perry, and more.

Cyrus, who is longtime friends with the popstar, took the stage for an emotional performance of her latest song, which was inspired by the words from wisdom father Billy Ray, titled “Inspired.” Managing to keep her composure during much of the performance, the singer became noticeably emotional singing the closing lyrics of her powerful ballad.

“I am here for all of you all,” she said prior to her performance. “I have played here a bunch of times, I have always loved Manchester. And not just today, its always felt like a home away from home for me, so I’m happy to be back. This song I’d like to dedicated to all of you amazing people here and all the people who have been affected by this tragic event…I am so proud of you.”

In addition to “Inspired,” Cyrus took the stage alongside Pharrell Williams for a duet of “Happy” as well as a duet with Grande of the 1986 rock song “Don’t Dream It’s Over.”
