Dressed in a dazzling bright red dress to honor the occasion, she fights tears as she gives her performance of her emotional 2009 hit, “The Climb”.

Identifying the struggle many have made to create this wonderful country we are blessed to live in, the talented Miley Cyrus pours her heart and soul into this powerful song just moments after the inauguration during a concert dedicated to military families during the Kids’ Inaugural for Obama.

“There’s always gonna be another mountain
I’m always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be a uphill battle
Sometimes I’m gonna have to lose
Ain’t about how fast I get there
Ain’t about what’s waiting on the other side… It’s the climb”

The young starlet performed a seemingly endless number of acts recruited for this specialty concert put on to honor our dedicated service members, and showed just how much she loves her country. While she may not have been in support of President Trump throughout the 2016 election season, it’s clear that Miley Cyrus is but one thing, a patriot dedicated to her country.
