You Won’t Believe Who Rescues These Two Stranded River Rafting Country Stars!

Dierks Bentley loves all things country, and there are probably less than a few things more country than fly fishing. So naturally, the country singer has been testing out the waters of the river based activity. Bentley, currently on tour with “Runnin’ Outta Moonlight” singer Randy Houser, got him and his tour partner into a bit of a sticky situation while fly fishing during their Montana stop.

Houser documented the incident and uploaded a video to his Instagram showing him and Bentley’s raft stuck on a rock. The stranded singers go back and forth as they struggle to get off the rock before their river guide, Kelly Harrison, pulls them both to shore. “Luckily we have some help,” says Houser as the guide drags them to shore.

“I’m not gonna get my junior guide badge today,” laughs Bentley.

Harrison is able to pull the singers to shore and they live another day to work on perfecting their fly fishing skills.

Bentley is currently touring for his Somewhere on a Beach Tour continuing now through October 29 where it wraps up in Roanoke, Virginia before kicking back off in April at The Willamette Country Music Festival in Oregon.

Glad to see the two survived their river misadventures, but maybe don’t quit your day jobs just yet, gentlemen. You can watch the hilarious video below and be sure to let us what you think in the comments!
