Brandi Carlile Postpones Over A Dozen Tour Dates Amid “Personal Circumstances”

Brandi Carlile has made the tough decision to postpone the European leg of her Human Tour.
The singer revealed that she’ll be delaying all of her upcoming U.K. and European shows scheduled for October and November.
In a statement, Carlile explained that the sudden change in plans was due to “personal circumstances.”
“I need to let you know that due to personal circumstances, I have no choice but to reschedule my UK and European tour from this fall to the spring,” Carlile wrote.
She didn’t go into detail about what exactly happened that led to the rescheduled shows. Carlile did say, however, that her team has been working hard to make the changes as smoothly as possible without any major setbacks.
She continued, “I have been so profoundly anxious about this decision and I’m aware that this change may be disappointing and inconvenient for many of you, especially those of you who were planning on traveling internationally, but I am hoping this gives you all enough time to adjust any plans.”
The shows will now take place in March and April of 2027. Carlile also warned that some of the venues have changed. So, if you have tickets to one of the rescheduled shows, it’s important to make sure the concert is still taking place at the same location.
She also shared that several new dates have been added to make up for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, one show in Lisbon couldn’t be rescheduled, so that performance had to be canceled altogether.
“Thank you so much for your patience and understanding,” Carlile added. “I want nothing more than to see my friends across the pond and I have done everything in my power to avoid rescheduling this tour. I sincerely hope you’ll all come back and see me in the spring. I promise I will make it up to you and that it will be worth the wait!”

What To Do If You Have A Ticket To One Of Brandi Carlile’s Postponed Concerts
If you’re a ticket holder for one of Carlile’s rescheduled shows, here are a few things you need to know:
If the venue for your rescheduled show has not changed, you don’t need to do anything. Your current ticket will still be valid for the new date.
However, if you have standard tickets or VIP packages for one of the shows that has moved to a different venue in London, Manchester, or Glasgow, you’ll automatically receive a refund from the ticket provider you purchased from. The refund will be sent back to your original form of payment.
If you fall in this category, you’ll have to purchase new tickets to the rescheduled show. However, those affected ticket holders will get access to a priority booking window before tickets go on sale to the general public.
If you can’t make it to the rescheduled tour dates, you will need to contact your ticket provider to learn the next steps in receiving a refund.
