Country singer Brett Eldredge broke his six-month social media silence to reveal that he secretly got married.

On Monday (June 15), the “Wanna be That Song” singer took to social media to announce that not only was he in a relationship, he also got married!

“Over the last several years, life and my perception of it have changed dramatically. I met an amazing woman who truly loves me for me, way beyond the fella with a microphone,” he wrote.

Eldredge wrote about how similar they are, what they love to do together, and how she inspires him.

Along the way, we got married,” he revealed. “To me, some of the best things in life are the ones you plant and grow quietly in your sacred space, away from the noise. We value that deeply, and honestly, it soothes my soul. There are so many amazing things ahead, and after all this time, I’m so grateful I have such a beautiful soul to share it all with.”

Eldredge did not reveal the name of his bride, or even show off her face, clearly letting fans know that he will continue to keep this part of his life private, for now.

He turned off comments on the post, so we aren’t able to see how fans reacted, but we’re sure they are so surprised because he hadn’t even revealed he was dating someone!

In His Social Media Reveal, Brett Eldredge Teased A New Song

The social media post featured two photos of Eldredge and his wife: one black and white image from their wedding holding hands and another of them kissing in a bar.

He also included an unreleased song, which we will definitely be looking forward to!

See the lyrics below.

“I can chase down another highway
Wear it down to the end
Try to make all the money in the world
Forget about all the rest
And I can live the life I always wanted
Desperado sunset. Probably be one hell of a ride
I’d rather be yours instead, oh I’d rather be yours instead.”

If he releases this song, it would mark the singer’s first return to country music in four years since 2022’s “Songs About You.”
