Carrie Underwood Gives Fans A Rare Glimpse Of Older Sisters In New Photo

Carrie Underwood took to Instagram to share a rare photo with her two sisters, Shanna and Stephanie, and their mom Carole.

There is no denying these beautiful gals are related!

Underwood posted a series of pictures on her instagram revealing a fun outing the girls recently went on. Perhaps every strong mother-daughter tribe has contemplated getting matching ink to commemorate their bond, but the Underwood ladies made this dream a reality with coordinating heart tattoos. The unlikely culprit? Carrie’s 74-year-old mother.

“When your 74-year-old mother asks you and your sisters to get matching tattoos with her in Vegas, the only questions are, “what?” and “where?” I never would’ve thought I’d see the day that Mama Carole would be gettin’ some ink! 😂❤️ #WhatHappensInVegas” the “Jesus Take the Wheel” singer stated in a recent Instagram post.

The Instagram post shows 74-year-old Carole with a huge smile on her face as she gets her tattoo. It does a heart good to do something special with your kids.

We don’t hear or see much about Carrie’s sisters, but they are always there to support her.

When the singer celebrated her star being added to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, her sisters were right there showing their support.

The singer wrote on social media, “…And my life wouldn’t be what it is without my boys, my family and my friends! Thanks to all who could come today! I don’t deserve all of this! But I am so grateful and my heart is so full!”

The Underwood sisters were also shown in the background of Carrie’s winning moment on American Idol showing their support of their little sister who chose a vastly different career path than theirs. The sisters both followed in their mom’s footsteps and became school teachers.

The 40-year-old rarely shares pictures of her sisters, but this is the second time in two months that the country music icon has posted them on social media!

She posted a series of pictures on Mother’s Day this year, including a picture of her with her mom and two sisters, with a caption that reads:

“Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there…and especially to my own mother! You are loved. You are appreciated! You are irreplaceable! May you all feel celebrated today…and a special shout-out to my mother-in-law, Karen and Mama Donna for your love and motherly roles in my life!
