The CMA Awards Will Celebrate 60 Years

The CMA Awards will celebrate six decades of country music when they return on Wednesday, November 18.

The ceremony will be broadcast live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. Viewers can tune in on ABC and Disney+, or stream on Hulu the following day.

Last year, Lainey Wilson led the night solo for the very first time. And good news: she will be back this year!

Wilson confirmed she will be this year’s CMA Awards host during her appearance on ESPN’s College GameDay.

Plenty of details are still under wraps, and there will be many amazing performances and surprises throughout the night. But what we do know ahead of time is which country music stars have been nominated in each category.

On Thursday, September 10, select categories were revealed live on Good Morning America. Then, Lee Ann Womack and American Idol Season 24 champion Hannah Harper hosted a livestream from Nashville, where they announced the remaining nominees.

The livestream aired on the CMA’s YouTube and Facebook page.
