Beth Dutton And Rip Wheeler Are Getting A Yellowstone Spin-Off
Cole Hauser finally shared some details about the upcoming Yellowstone spin-off centered on Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler—and clarified that it isn’t titled Dutton Ranch.
Yellowstone ended in December 2024 after five seasons on the Paramount Network. Even before the show concluded, there was already talk about potential spin-offs and connected series.
Over the past few months, we’ve received confirmation that one spin-off will follow Beth Dutton and her husband, Rip Wheeler, in their new lives after leaving the Yellowstone ranch. We’ve also learned that Beth’s brother, Kayce Dutton, will get his own spin-off series.
That series, tentatively titled Y: Marshals, is scheduled to debut on CBS in the first quarter of 2026.

In a recent earnings call, Paramount uncovered the release time frame for Y: Marshals and other Yellowstone spin-offs. During that same call, Paramount shared their plans to debut the Beth and Rip series sometime in the fourth quarter of this year (2025).
Based on previous Yellowstone-related premieres, the new series may debut in November.
Cole Hauser Clarifies That The New Yellowstone Series Isn’t Titled Dutton Ranch
Notably, a transcript from Paramount’s earnings call and several reports have referred to the Beth and Rip spin-off as Dutton Ranch. But, Cole Hauser, who plays Rip Wheeler, spilled the beans that Dutton Ranch isn’t the show’s title.
“Well, first of all, it’s not ‘Dutton Ranch,'” Hauser told Fox News in a recent interview. “That’s not the name of it.”
However, Hauser didn’t share the series’ actual name. But those eager to learn more about the spin-off got a small dose of information from the actor:
“We can expect the same that we’ve been doing for the last seven years,” Hauser said about the new series. “Kelly [Reilly] and I [are] going and working our a– off trying to create something special.”
Hauser and Reilly certainly created many memorable moments together when they starred on Yellowstone. Watch some of their best scenes in the video below.
Stay tuned for any future details about the series we now know isn’t titled Dutton Ranch!
