Charlie Kirk’s Mission To “Make Heaven Crowded”

Conservative spokesperson and activist Charlie Kirk was on a mission to do more than just inspire political discourse. Regarded as one of the current generation’s most respected and influential conservative voices, the 31-year-old was an outspoken Christian and shared his faith boldly with audiences all over the globe.

In one of his final interviews, Charlie was asked how he hoped to be remembered. He responded concisely:

I want to be remembered for courage for my faith. That would be the most important. The most important thing is my faith in my life.”

Charlie had a particular interest in reaching young adults, as evidenced by his American Comeback Tour, which visited college campuses in the United States.

It was during one of these appearances that he was shot and killed at Utah Valley University on September 10th. News of his death sent shockwaves throughout the nation. Political figures, thought leaders, celebrities, and more shared heartfelt tributes online, with many condemning violence and urging for unity.

Charlie Kirk left behind his wife, Erika, and two young children. Just two days following the fatal shooting of her husband, Erika delivered a heartbreaking speech from their podcast studio in Arizona. During the address, she shared that one of the things Charlie cared most about was “making heaven crowded.”
