The millions of people who tuned in to this year’s Super Bowl are raving about Chris Stapleton‘s National Anthem performance. His rendition of the Anthem was so powerful, he brought grown men to tears.
At one point, cameras panned to show the Philadelphia Eagles’ head coach, Nick Sirianni, with tears streaming down his face.

Jason Isbell said it all with his two-word response to Stapleton’s rendition of the Anthem.

She even likened the quality of his performance to that of Whitney Houston‘s at the Super Bowl in 1991. Houston’s rendition has long been regarded as one of the best.
