If you didn’t think Crocs could get any uglier well you were mistaken. The images you see on the internet are not rumors, they are true. There’s a new line of Crocs on the market and they have a fanny pack attached to them!

The arrival of Fanny Pack Crocs

They may look absolutely ridiculous, however, everybody knows they’re incredibly comfortable. Not only are they extremely comfortable but with that big zipper running across the top of the pouch, you can now stuff many small items in there, relieving your overburdened bulky pockets. Whether it’s your keys, chapstick, license, napkins or whatever, you’ve got a proper place to put your personal items.

They are for sale on a Japanese website called Beams, for ¥5,940, which equals $53 USD. Unfortunately, they apparently only come in two colors, purple with a teal pouch or teal with a purple pouch. Either way, you’re going to be noticed because these colors are bright and poppin’.

The Internet Responds

History Of Crocs

Some people love them, some people hate them, but you can’t deny it – they’re popular.

Crocs were created in 2002 by Scott Seamans, Lyndon Hanson, and George Boedecker. The men planned to develop the best boat shoe on the market and when it was revealed at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show in Florida, they sold out of 200 pairs within minutes. Since then, over 300 million pair of Crocs have been sold.

These shoes seem to be doing great because according to Business Insider, Crocs sales grew 10.8% in store front sales in 2018 as well as increasing 22.5% in online sales. Apparently more and more people are falling in love with them and if you think these fanny pack Crocs are crazy wait until you hear about the “Steel Toe Crocs” that went viral.
