Ella Langley is “the one” that country fans love right now.

The “Choosin’ Texas” singer, who recently snagged a record-setting seven trophies at the 2026 ACM Awards, is currently on her Dandelion tour. She’s also opening for Morgan Wallen on select dates of his Still the Problem tour.

During one of her free moments, Langley sat down at a piano to sing a popular ’90s country love song…Shania Twain‘s “You’re Still the One.”

Twain co-wrote the song with her then-husband, Robert “Mutt” Lange. She released it in 1998, and it topped Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart while sitting at #2 on the all-genre Hot 100 chart.

The song earned four Grammy nominations and won two: for Best Country Song and Best Female Country Vocal Performance.

Langley delivered an award-worthy performance of her own when she covered “You’re Still the One.” Her tender, breathtaking rendition quickly generated millions of views (over 2 million at the time of this writing).

Her video also garnered over 3,000 comments from awestruck fans. One of those fans was Twain herself, who shared her praise:

So flattered,” Twain wrote, followed by a red heart emoji. She added that she “Loved getting to connect at ACMs” with Langley a few weeks prior.

Other comments on the video of Langley’s performance included:

“THIS COVER IS SO GOOD OMG.”

“You should definitely record this one.”

“release this cover now actually.”

“this woman could sing the alphabet and make it sound so unique and damn good.”

“Would have loved to have this version played at my wedding.”

“I need this on spotify.”

“Late night. Just you and the piano. Just Awesome!!!”

“Hear me out.. An entire album of just 90s covers.”

Ella Langley Sang With Another Female Country Superstar At CMA Fest

Although Ella Langley has yet to collaborate with Shania Twain, she recently joined another powerhouse female artist for a duet.

Gretchen Wilson was singing at CMA Fest on Thursday (June 4) when she brought Langley onstage as a surprise guest. They joined forces to sing Wilson’s “Here for the Party,” which was a Top 10 hit in 2004.

A televised special highlighting standout moments from this year’s CMA Fest will air on ABC on June 25. The program will be hosted by Good Morning America‘s Lara Spencer and country singer Riley Green (who has recorded two duets with Langley).

It seems likely that Wilson and Langley’s duet will be featured on the program. Until then, head below to enjoy a clip of their duet that was filmed from the audience!
