The Dallas Cowboys’ Salvation Army Halftime Show has become a staple of the holiday season and kicks off the annual Red Kettle Campaign.
Each year, the nonprofit launches its season of giving with a live, nationally televised halftime performance during the NFL’s most-watched regular-season game. Proceeds from The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign support local programs that provide food, shelter, rental and utility assistance, disaster relief, youth services, and Christmas gifts to families in need.
In 2026, the campaign celebrates its 136th anniversary, alongside the 30th consecutive Thanksgiving halftime show. Over the years, the performance has become a beloved holiday tradition, using one of the biggest stages in sports to raise awareness and help generate more than $3.4 billion for the initiative.
