Famous ‘Fixer Upper’ House Now For Sale – Take A Peek Inside

During Season 4 of the hit HGTV show Fixer Upper, Chip and Joanna Gaines completely renovated a house that actually belonged to one of their producers, Michael Matsumoto.

In the episode, Matsumoto purchased a $12,000 shack and the Gaineses turned it into a gorgeous farmhouse worth much more than what the producer bought it for! At first, Matsumoto and his family lived there, but in January they listed it on Air Bnb, giving people a chance to stay in their beautiful home for upwards to $350 a night.

Now, it seems that he and his family are ready to part with the famous farmhouse, listing it for sale for $400,000, according to listings on Realtor.com and ReMax.

It is a 1700 square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bath farmhouse that features a massive yard, a home gym and lots of room to entertain! Check out the photos below to see for yourself.
