To recap the final episode, we will break it down by farmer.

Farmer Sean Cavanaugh

Sean, the 22-year-old Farm-To-Table Produce Farmer from Solvang, California had narrowed down his choices to 25-year-old Carson Higgins and 25-year-old Emily Rushnell.

He ultimately decided to end things with Carson, telling her that his heart was leading him in another direction. Carson admitted that she did truly love him and that walking away without him would hurt. They shared a hug and she wished him well.

When Emily arrived, Sean professed his feelings for her and asked if she would be interested in building a life together on his farm. It was an immediate yes for her.

Although their journey on the show did not end in an engagement, Sean did tell a producer on camera that he thinks he found his wife.

Are they still together? Yes!

After hiding their relationship to the public since filming wrapped, the two are relieved to be out in the open. They revealed to PEOPLE that once filming ended, their relationship got stronger.

They spent Thanksgiving together before Emily went back to her home base in Brooksville, Florida for “several weeks.” Emily has since moved to Georgia, but the two remain committed, even saying to “stay tuned,” because they are discussing an engagement and marriage.

During and Instagram Q & A, he confirmed they’ve been living together for the last six months.

Farmer Brett Williams

Farmer Brett hails from Savannah, Tennessee and is a horse and cattle farmer. The 35-year-old narrowed down his choices to 25-year-old Hanna Carpenter and Quinn Guterman, 26.

Brett ultimately chose Quinn and they remain together to this day!

They are currently in a long distance relationship, with Quinn saying that moving to Tennessee is “not off the table.”

Despite the distance, Brett and Quinn are in a great place, with Brett saying, “Honestly, I’ll be completely honest — I’m so happy. I’ve really never been this happy and comfortable around somebody.”

Farmer Braden Pridemore

Farmer Braden is a 27-year-old, fifth generation soybean and corn farmer from Homer, Illinois, who had to decide between Brittney Graham and Casey Riemer, both 27.

In the finale episode, viewers weren’t sure who he would pick until the final moments of his conversations with his runner up, Brittney, who was crushed.

He told her he didn’t think his lifestyle would suit her and that his heart was pulling him towards Casey.

Since filming wrapped in November 2025, the pair has not been apart longer than two weeks while they are navigating their long distance relationship.

They continue to build on their relationship and have discussed Casey relocating from Tennessee to Illinois.
