Hank enjoys spending time outdoors with the ones he loves. In January, he joined his sons-in-law and grandsons for a dove hunt in Alabama.

The REAL Williams Family Tradition,” Hank captioned a photo of him and his family following their successful dove hunting trip. “Both of my son-in-laws and grandsons, and 127 Alabama doves. My Grandfather Shelton’s 1966 Browning 16-gauge still shoots straight. Or maybe it’s the hunter?

More recently, Hank took his two granddaughters, Lillie Mae and Stella June, on their very first deer hunt.

Grandpa Hank posted a photo of Lillie and Stella posing with the buck they brought home from their hunt. He said, “I took my granddaughters for their 1st deer hunt. I think they did pretty good! (Country Girls Can Survive!)

The last part of Hank’s caption is, of course, a reference to his 1982 hit “A Country Boy Can Survive.”

Hank’s daughter Holly, who is Lillie and Stella’s mother, commented on the post on Instagram. She said:

“Awwwwwwww we love you so much bebop! You made the best memories in the woods with [her sister] @hilwill and I and now it’s so special to have the girls in there with you!!!”

Hank’s son-in-law (and Holly’s husband), Chris Coleman, also commented. He said, “They’re still talking about it! We love you, BeBop!
