Wrapping up the last show of Morgan’s 2023 One Night At A Time US run in Houston, Texas, HARDY reflected, “5 years of touring with @MorganWallen came to an end last night. There’s so much I can say about how much it’s done for me and my career, but at the end of the day, it all ends in ‘thank you.’ So, thank you. I love you like a brother and these have been the most epic 5 years of my life.”
HARDY kick-started his journey by penning major hits for Wallen, such as “More Than My Hometown,” “Sand In My Boots,” and “This Bar,” as well as crafting chart-toppers for various artists. When HARDY transitioned into a solo artist, Wallen promptly brought him on the road, featuring him as the opening act for the majority of his shows in the initial years. Even as HARDY’s own career soared, he continued to open for Wallen on numerous occasions over the past couple of years.
“So proud of ya and everything you accomplished.”
The two artists have collaborated on tracks like “In The Bible,” “He Went To Jared,” and, most recently, on two Joe Diffie covers for HARDY’s Hixtape Volume 3.
With the final curtain call on their shared tour, Morgan Wallen and HARDY wrap up a significant chapter of collaboration and friendship. The memories of their time on stage together will stick, showcasing their mutual influence on each other’s careers. As HARDY steps into the headlining role, fans can look forward to new chapters in their individual journeys, knowing that their past musical collaboration will continue to resonate in upcoming projects.
