Jelly Roll has returned to social media after the news of his divorce went public.

Jelly Roll (real name Jason DeFord) filed for divorce from his wife of almost 10 years, Bunnie Xo (real name Alisa DeFord), on May 18th. He listed their date of separation as May 9th, but the filing wasn’t made public until Monday (June 15).

One day after the divorce news was made public, Jelly Roll made his first social media post…but it didn’t address his personal life.

On Tuesday (June 16), the “Hard Fought Hallelujah” singer shared a video on his social media accounts of him talking with a fan in the front row after he recognized him from a talk he did at a juvenile detention center three years ago.

The video cut to a photo from that day, and it had the fan sitting in the front row once again, circled.

The fan shared that he started to turn his life around, and Jelly Roll was proud to hear that, that he was at the concert, and that he was with his family. He then shared with the singer that he was on house arrest still, and showed off his ankle bracelet, and revealed he has a curfew.

Jelly Roll encouraged him to not break his curfew, “Don’t go back to jail for the Jelly Roll show!”

“It’s a beautiful thing to see,” Jelly Roll told the fan, before inviting him on stage for a hug.

While the video was taken Saturday night (June 13) at Lucas Oil Stadium, the singer didn’t share it until Tuesday (June 16). He did return to the stage on Tuesday in Toronto as part of his Big Ass Stadium Tour with Post Malone.

Jelly Roll Made A Big Change On Social Media

Following his social media post on Tuesday (June 16), he also removed Bunnie’s name from his Instagram bio.

Earlier in the day on Tuesday, Bunnie’s Instagram handle was still in his Instagram bio next to a lock and key emoji. This screenshot was taken at 1pm CT.

Now, his Instagram bio still reads, “Music Man” and includes a link, but her handle has been erased.

TMZ reports that the “Save Me” singer made the change on Tuesday evening.

The same day, moving trucks were spotted at his shared home with Bunnie. It is unknown which party is moving.

Jelly Roll has yet to address the divorce, but his daughter, Bailee Ann, has. Read her statement on the situation here.
