The Tennessee native performed “Burning” while visiting the set of Jimmy Kimmel Live. Fans reacted positively to the new song, calling it “another hit” and complimenting its lyrics.
The New Jelly Roll Record Is Coming Later This Year
Jimmy Kimmel guest host Martin Short asked Jelly Roll if he could say anything about his next album’s release date. Jelly Roll happily spilled the beans and dropped a big hint about when fans can expect his new project.
“Oh, I’m not supposed to say [anything], but I will,” Jelly Roll said, laughing. “This is the hint I will give: Jelly Roll’s music favors the fall.“
The yet-to-be-announced fall project will follow Jelly Roll’s first fully country album, 2023’s Whitsitt Chapel. After its release, the album claimed the second spot on the Top Country Albums chart.
Whitsitt Chapel produced the hit songs “Save Me,” “Halfway to Hell,” and “Need a Favor.” Based on the response he’s received for the new songs he’s released recently, Jelly Roll’s next album will surely produce its own share of hits.
